joints and behavioral flexibility in relation to a partner. It is
comprised of task or point-of-connection (ex. interlaced fingers, hand
to foot, etc.) based dances, and done in contact with fellow
participants.
Additionally, we will explore the quality of our movement and listening through encounters with
Joint Articulation
Coordination
Improvisation
Movement Situations with Practice Ball or martial arts belt
The aim is to expand our physical capacity, nurture our elasticity, and
release tension, move and explore with greater awareness of how dynamic
contexts unlock our ability.
