Inner Rhythms is a movement and meditation class for adults. It’s a dedicated time to slow down and take time for oneself through slow and controlled movements. By working on alignment and bodyweight exercises, we aim to release physical tension. By paying close attention to our breathing and bodily sensations, we remain focused and develop our ability to stay in the present moment.
