DESCRIPTION

Through different proposals, we will learn to develop sensitivity to our physical, emotional and mental tools. We will develop our relationship to the game by working from what constitutes us intimately. We will return to raw theater, in a state of essential presence, learning in turn to play ourselves and to outsmart ourselves.

– Starting from improvisation, this workshop invites the person to experience the act of playing and to question its foundations.

– By returning to degree zero of the game, we will experience our bodily, emotional and mental tools, to better touch what makes nature on a stage, with a fair, deep and committed presence.

– By touching on what constitutes the essence of the creative gesture, and this as close as possible to the question of the intimate, we will work to broaden our field of exploration.

– From simple challenges, plunging us all into the heart of the reality of the contemporary world, we will work to sharpen our sensitivity, our strength as well as our vulnerability.
