Inner Mythology

Designed for choreographers and creators who wish to explore the principles underlying Mélanie Demers’ creative process, these workshops question the role of “inner mythology” in a creative process.

Intended to exercise the muscle of creation, the work explores areas of intimacy and extimacy. In a context where individualities, originalities, and personalities confront those of others, the focus is on the link between the creative potential of movements and the discourse it generates.

Each session begins with a discussion with Mélanie Demers and continues with an embodiment of the questions raised, all in a spirit of community and sharing experiences.
