Nicolas Patry approaches the teaching of the technical class according to the profession of creative interpreter. The movement manifests itself first within oneself to then offer itself to the outside. Self-expression through gesture is thus an extension of our instinct, our intimacy, a part of us.

Without any pretension, Nicolas Patry‘s class comes in a conventional structure: you will start on the ground, then tame gravity through a center, before challenging yourself through movement.

You will mainly work on musicality through varied and complex rhythms. The meeting of sensations will be done through a vocabulary of twists, sequential movement, curves, swings, double internal direction, etc.

Work-family balance is welcome in this class.

Maximum capacity: 20 people
