ATELIER WORK-IN-PROGRESS
Pour
les danseur.euses engagé.e.s de tous les styles et de toutes les
esthétiques, le WIPSHOP est un contexte interpersonnel pour développer
sa pratique de l’improvisation/freestyle solo. Le WIPSHOP fournira un
cadre éclairé par la pratique extensive de Lu dans la danse
Contemporaine et le Krump.

Inclut :
+ échauffements et entraînements
+ cadres d’approfondissement de pratique
+ réflexions et discussions guidées
+ des périodes de travail autonome et en équipe (labbs)
+ des sessions d’échange et de partage du travail en cours
+ des playlists éclectiques
+ des devoirs, adaptés aux besoins des participants
+ certains bonus

au WIPSHOP pour approfondir votre écoute, votre questionnement et votre
attention ; récolter vos impulsions brillantes ; développer la
confiance en vous-même et dans les autres ; et réduire la distance entre
la pratique et la performance.

WORK-IN-PROGRESS WORKSHOP
For
committed movers of all styles and aesthetics, the WIPSHOP is an
interpersonal context to develop your solo improvisation/freestyle dance
practice, providing a framework informed by Lu’s extensive practice in
Contemporary and Krump.

Includes:
+ warm-up and training exercises
+ frameworks for deepening practice
+ guided reflections and discussions
+ autonomous work periods and team work (labbs)
+ sessions to exchange and share work-in-process
+ eclectic playlists
+ homework, tailored to the needs of the participants
+ a few bonuses

to the WIPSHOP to deepen your listening, questioning, and focus;
harvest your brilliant impulses; develop trust and confidence in
yourself and others; and shorten the distance between practice and
performance!
