Feldenkrais- Movement Series of 3 Classes

This Series is 3 Consecutive Wednesdays: Oct. 28, Nov. 4th and 11th at 8pm

In this Feldenkrais class series, we will move slowly and deepen our relationship with gravity in order to improve our efficiency of movement. This will help us respond to falling, and learn how to get up from the floor more gracefully and effectively.

This particular class series will be taught in English.

Since I’m teaching this class series abroad as well, the Fee is in USD.
