Seeking a Marketing Associate
Rooted in Maison Théâtre, Maison Théâtre presents inspiring professional theatrical works for children and youth. With this in mind, it is looking to fill the position of Marketing Assistant. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Client Experience and Partnerships, and working closely with the communications and customer service teams, the Marketing Assistant plays a key role in implementing Maison Théâtre’s promotional strategies and initiatives. They actively contribute to building loyalty and expanding family and school audiences by maximizing the impact of marketing and digital communication tools, while respecting the organization’s brand image.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and carry out actions related to the marketing and communications strategy; produce reports; measure and analyze performance in order to propose improvements.
- Participate in the creation of social media content (photos and videos), ensuring consistency with the strategy and publication schedule.
- Design communication materials (primarily newsletters and advertisements) in accordance with Maison Théâtre’s graphic standards, while suggesting layout improvements and optimization strategies.
- Provide graphic support to various Maison Théâtre departments (mediation, philanthropy, etc.).
- Contribute to the management, organization, and updating of Maison Théâtre’s image bank.
- Coordinate requests with external suppliers and maintain positive working relationships with them.
- Update the organization’s website and social media platforms, and compile various statistics.
PROFILE SOUGHT AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in marketing, communications, or another relevant field, along with one to two years of experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing (online advertising, SEO, SEM) and relationship marketing, as well as performance analysis and social media, with a strong interest in the evolution of these fields.
- Good knowledge of the following tools:
- Email marketing tools: Dialog Insight, CakeMail, Mailchimp, or others;
- Social media platforms: Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, YouTube;
- Visual and video creation tools: Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.;
- Content management systems (WordPress);
- Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) — an asset;
- Knowledge of Google tools (Drive, Analytics, MyBusiness, Ads, etc.) — an asset;
- Experience working with databases and ticketing software (Tuxedo, Ticketmaster, etc.) — an asset.
- Strong interest in the performing arts.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously with rigor, flexibility, and respect for deadlines.
- Curiosity, teamwork skills, initiative, and creativity.
CONDITIONS:
- Start date: early August 2026.
- Full-time position: 35 hours per week
- Group insurance benefits.
- Remote work policy allowing telework (minimum of three (3) days per week in the office)
- Salary range: $45,500 – $49,115.
