Bouge de là is seeking a rigorous, passionate, and strategic individual to fill the position of Assistant Executive Director.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the selected candidate will play a key role in administrative and financial management, operations coordination, strategic development, and ensuring the sustainability of a leading arts organization recognized for the richness and diversity of its activities.

Required Education and Skills
- University degree in administration, cultural organization management, or a related field;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in administrative management;
- Experience in philanthropy, logistics, or communications (an asset);
- Excellent spoken and written French, including strong writing skills, and proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Query features, and SAGE 50 accounting software;
- Knowledge of the Mac environment (an asset);
- Knowledge of the cultural sector, non-profits, dance, or youth audiences (assets).

- Attention to detail, rigor, autonomy, initiative, teamwork, and versatility;
- Creativity, strategic vision, analytical and synthesis skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Employment Conditions
- Start date: August 17, 2026;
- Permanent position, 35 hours/week;
- Salary based on experience and salary scale: between $50,960 and $61,880;
- Group insurance after 3 months;
- Hybrid work model from offices located in Montreal, to be discussed.
