Acro Floorwork & Improvisation

Ce master class est une rencontre entre acrobates, danseurs et yogis pour créer, apprendre et improviser. Il est divisé en deux parties distinctes mais connexes : deux heures de travail au sol d’inspiration acrobatique et deux heures de techniques de danse et d’improvisation. Par l’expérimentation et l’utilisation de divers outils, vous explorez votre propre langage corporel et apprenez à changer votre corps dans tous ses axes, de l’horizontale à la verticale et aux endroits intermédiaires. Vous quitterez cet atelier avec un ensemble d’outils pour aider à la création et à bouger d’une nouvelle façon.  Vous rencontrerez des gens créatifs et inspirants.

This master class will be a meeting between acrobats, dancers and yogis to create, learn and improvise. It will be divided into two distinct but related parts: two hours of acrobatically inspired floor work and two hours of dance and improvisation techniques. Through experimentation and the use of various tools, you will explore your own body language and learn to change your body in all its axes from horizontal to vertical and to intermediate places. You will leave this workshop with a set of tools to aid in creation, to keep you moving in new ways, and you will meet creative and inspiring people.
