Mandoline Hybride
Mandoline Hybride’s mandates
Mandoline Hybride’s goal is to develop contemporary art in its various forms, with dance as its anchor. Since it was founded in 2007, Mandoline Hybride’s research, production and dissemination projects aim to (re)think the place and scope of art in society, from critical perspectives. Highlighting emerging artists and paying attention to the inclusion of diverse voices are priorities for the organization. Under the artistic direction of its founder, Priscilla Guy, the company is developing sustainable partnerships at both local and international levels. The organization’s values are embodied in five permanent programs:
Regards Hybrides
Founded in 2012 by Priscilla Guy and Claudia Hébert, the project aims to foster the articulation, development and outreach of practices and discourses at the frontier of dance and cinema. With its web platform, collection, international biennial and services for artists and presenters, Regards Hybrides is the only project of its kind in Canada.
