Vertical Dance Workshop
Mouvement Vertical offers vertical dance workshops open to all levels. Each 2-hour session combines both technical and artistic work. Participants will learn to develop balance and confidence through a variety of exercises, ranging from simple weight transfers to walking, jumping, inversions, and acrobatics on the wall.

RATES
Regular rate: $100
First-time participants: +$20 (includes a 20-minute introduction to the equipment and practice before the workshop)
Grigri rental: +$6
Harness rental: +$4
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

- Registration is confirmed once payment is received.
- Payment via Interac e-transfer only to our email address, with the question: danse and the password: verticale.
- A receipt will be provided upon request.
- Maximum of 8 participants per workshop. A waiting list will open if a date is full.
- Registration closes 36 hours before the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours before the event. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued for absences or late arrivals.
If the collective must cancel a workshop, registered participants will be notified 36 hours in advance and will receive an automatic refund.

- Regular physical activity is recommended.
- Wearing multiple layers of clothing to protect your skin from harness friction is advised.
- Bring clean indoor shoes.
- Bring a snack and a water bottle.
