Seeking for Projet and Administration Manager

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Researching funding opportunities and writing grant applications
  • Managing members
  • Coordinating the membership campaign
  • Communicating with members via email
  • Managing the website, in collaboration with the graphic designer
  • Managing social media and the newsletter, in collaboration with the communications committee
  • Coordinating annual workshops, in collaboration with the workshop committee
  • Handling day-to-day operations and bookkeeping
  • Coordinating various working committees
  • Developing new projects in consultation with the Board of Directors

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in office software
  • Comfort with social media
  • Strong command of spoken and written French
  • Basic bookkeeping and budget management skills
  • Reliability and quick thinking
  • Initiative and autonomy
  • Good knowledge of Quebec traditional dance and/or the cultural sector, an asset
  • Ability to work in a team and strong committee management skills
  • College diploma or undergraduate degree (or equivalent training) in a field relevant to the position

Working Conditions

  • Remote work (can reside anywhere in Quebec)
  • Salary based on timesheet
  • Flexible schedule, to be determined
  • Occasional evening or weekend work depending on organizational activities
  • Start date: January 2026

Duration

  • Part-time position, 20 hours per week
  • One-year contract (with potential for permanent position)

Salary

  • $25/hour
