We are currently looking for a dance organization interested in taking over our lease starting January 2026 for a space located at 5000 rue d’Iberville in Montreal (currently the Espace Ouvert studio).

The studio offers over 2,000 square feet and is ideally configured for teaching, creation, or rehearsal. Bright and air-conditioned, it includes:

• A 40 x 25-foot floor covered with a dance marley
• A sound system
• A kitchen
• A bathroom
• An office space on a mezzanine
• A ceiling height of 12 feet

Part of the rent can be covered by income from recurring rentals already in place, which repeat each session.
