Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Public Relations, the incumbent develops and implements an operational plan consistent with the École supérieure’s overall communications strategy. They are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communication actions, both for recruitment and for the promotion of activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategies and ensure their dissemination on social media and the École supérieure’s digital platforms.
  • Deploy marketing campaigns focused on student recruitment at local, national, and international levels.
  • Design marketing and promotional initiatives for professional and recreational programs, shows, activities, and derived products.
  • Ensure the creation, layout, and sending of newsletters, as well as list updates.
  • Maintain and optimize the content of the website.
  • Produce varied content (texts, photos, videos, briefs, promotional documents).
  • Write and analyze performance reports.

Desired Profile

Education and Experience

  • University bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (any relevant combination of studies and experience will be considered).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing or digital project coordination position.
  • Perfect command of French (oral and written) and good knowledge of English.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of social networks and digital tools (Office Suite, Google Drive, Google Analytics, mass mailing platforms).
  • Very good writing skills.
  • Comfortable with the Mac environment.

Assets

  • Proficiency in photography, as well as video capture and editing.
  • Interest in dance and knowledge of the cultural or artistic sector.

  • Great autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Creativity, rigor, and initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease of working in a team.

Working Conditions and Benefits

  • Full-time permanent position (35 hours/week).
  • Remuneration between $37,000 and $42,000 depending on experience.
  • Group insurance, pension plan (RRSP), annual vacation, and personal/sick days.
