Introduction to Somatic Practice and Laban-Bartenieff
Introduction to Dance Therapy
November 18, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This 3-hour workshop offers an introduction to dance therapy through a sensitive and accessible approach for all.
Guided by Brigitte Lachance, R-DMT and physiotherapist, participants will explore movement as a means of expression, regulation, and reconnection with oneself.
Through guided exercises, open explorations, and moments of sharing, you will be invited to feel your body, observe what arises within it, and allow movement to emerge in a safe and supportive space.
The workshop emphasizes body awareness, self-listening, and creativity. It will provide concrete tools to integrate these experiences into your personal or professional life.
Whether you are a dancer, dance teacher, therapist, practitioner, or simply curious, this introduction will allow you to experience the richness of somatic practice.
