Candidate Profile
Do you enjoy coordinating projects, working with a variety of partners, and moving initiatives forward with rigour while thriving in a creative environment? You may be the person we are looking for if you have:
- Experience coordinating projects, ideally within the cultural or community sector;
- Excellent organizational, planning, and priority-management skills;
- Strong communication skills and ease working with various partners;
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach;
- Excellent written and spoken French skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong initiative;
- A strong interest in performing arts and cultural mediation.
Main Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and administrative follow-up of the company’s cultural mediation projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and monitoring cultural mediation projects;
- Coordinating communication between facilitators, partners, and the company;
- Identifying logistical needs and collaborating with the Production Manager on implementation;
- Managing administrative and documentation follow-up for projects;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with school, community, municipal, and cultural partners;
- Supporting the preparation of funding applications, reports, and accountability documents.
