Organization Profile
A leader in its field, Diagramme – cultural management is a service organization whose mission is to support, guide, and structure professional artists and organizations in the performing arts sector—particularly in dance and circus—in their development.
Job Description
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Administration / Communications Coordinator’s primary role is to ensure the coordination and administrative management of assigned client files, as well as the implementation of Diagramme – cultural management’s communications plan.
More specifically, the successful candidate will:
- Develop short- and medium-term planning;
- Coordinate the preparation of grant and/or subsidy applications;
- Manage day-to-day operations;
- Oversee financial operations and follow up on accounting;
- Contribute to the development, review, and monitoring of various budgets;
- Support the organizational development of associated artists and organizations;
- Plan, develop, revise, and manage interactive content for digital platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Design and/or revise all communications materials and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
Education and Experience
- Undergraduate university degree in administration, communications, or equivalent;
- Experience and strong skills in customer service;
- Excellent writing skills with full proficiency in spoken and written French;
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar position (an asset);
- Proficiency in the Mac environment and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), as well as Adobe Suite software (Photoshop and InDesign);
- Excellent knowledge of digital tools and applications (Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.);à
- Good knowledge of English (an asset).

- Comfortable facilitating workshops and explaining the principles of performing arts administration.

Position Details
- Permanent full-time position, 35 hours/week, hybrid work model;
- Salary: between $50,000 and $65,000, depending on experience;
- Competitive benefits program, including group insurance;
- Start date: January or February 2026.
