Looking for Communications and Management Associate

Under the direct supervision of the Communications and Marketing Manager, the Communications and Management Assistant’s mandate is to support the implementation of strategies aimed at positioning, promoting and raising the profile of this brand new festival, which will take place from November 7 to 16, 2025.

Your duties
● Assist the Director of Communications and General Management in their tasks;
● Actively participate in the deployment of the web communications strategy (website, social networks, newsletters, etc.), in line with the communications plan and established objectives;
● Integrate our newsletters into Cyberimpact;
● Manage Festival communities (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and website;
● Update our website and our Tuxedo ticketing page;
● Follow-up with festival partners;
● Provide support for all other related tasks.
Is this job for you?
● Studies in communications, marketing or other related field;
● Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English;
● Excellent knowledge of social networks, email platforms and website content management systems (CMS);
● Desired qualities: caring and dynamic, organizational skills, rigor, enthusiasm and creativity, great aptitude for teamwork, ability to work to tight deadlines and manage several priorities at once;
● A keen interest in the cultural and events sectors;
● Proficiency in the use of graphic design software (InDesign, Photoshop), an asset.
