Dance Therapy Group Workshop
The Dance and Movement Therapy (DMT) group, guided by Emilie Durville, offers a shared, non-judgmental space for connection and self-discovery. Join the group to discover dance and movement therapy, to feel less isolated, to improve your social skills, to support your mental health and/or to develop coping mechanisms. We explore together through creativity and improvised movement (dance therapy has no prescribed steps) drawing on imagination, metaphors, music, props and role-play to foster self- and body-awareness and emotional well-being.
For whom: Adult group (18+), No dance experience required! This group workshop is limited to 8 participants.
Workshop objectives: Move, connect, create, express and have fun!
To make this offer accessible to all, I offer a 15% discount to students and people in financial difficulty.
