Resource Sharing Opportunity in Touring & Distribution

Resource Sharing Opportunity in Touring & Distribution – Call for Cultural Organizations

Théâtre Incliné is currently seeking a Touring & Distribution Coordinator for a mandate of approximately 15 hours per week.

In order to create a more stable and attractive position, we would like to explore the possibility of sharing this resource with one or two other companies or cultural organizations that also have needs related to touring, market development, performance sales, or presenter relations.

Are you looking for support in touring and distribution, but don’t have enough hours for a full-time position? We would be happy to discuss possibilities for collaboration.

To discuss this opportunity, please contact us at:
dg@theatreincline.ca

See the job description and candidate profile below.

Main Responsibilities

Working closely with the Executive Director and Artistic Director, you will contribute to the development and circulation of our productions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of touring packages, pitches, presentations, and other promotional materials;

  • Preparing the company’s participation in professional markets (RIDEAU, CINARS, ROSEQ, MIC, etc.);
  • Managing administrative follow-ups related to touring activities;
  • Supporting the organization and filing of touring documentation.

Candidate Profile

You enjoy building meaningful relationships rather than selling at all costs. You take pleasure in creating lasting connections and helping ambitious artistic projects reach their audiences. If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you.

We are looking for someone who is autonomous, organized, curious, and enjoys building relationships and moving projects forward.

You have:

  • Relevant experience in cultural touring, cultural management, or a related field;
  • A strong interest in the performing arts;
  • Excellent organizational and priority-management skills;
  • Strong writing abilities;
  • Ease communicating and developing professional relationships;
  • Strong spoken and written French and English skills;
  • Comfort using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaborative tools.

An interest in artificial intelligence and digital tools is considered an asset.

Conditions

  • Permanent part-time position;
  • 15 hours per week;
  • Salary: $26–$30/hour, depending on experience;
  • Primarily remote work, with regular presence in Laval;
  • Start date: September 2026.

Some travel and occasional evening commitments may be required for professional events or industry markets.

We are open to sharing this position with other companies to create a full-time role.
