Call for Projects for Creative Residency 26-27

Les Foutoukours are pleased to offer a creative residency for the 2026–2027 season!

Studio PACA, located in the heart of Hochelaga (Montreal), is a welcoming space designed to support artists in their creative and rehearsal processes. With its large mirrored wall, the studio is particularly well-suited for dance projects.

What the residency includes : 

– 60 hours of access to the studio and its equipment (available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. throughout the residency)
– 2 hours of performance coaching with Rémi Jacques, Executive and Artistic Director of Les Foutoukours
– 2 hours of guidance on grant applications with Jean-Félix Bélanger, Co-Director of Les Foutoukours

Important Dates : 

– Application deadline: July 1, 2026
– Announcement of the selected project: July 30, 2026
– Residency period: April 19–23, 2027

Selection Criteria : 

The application must be submitted as a single ZIP file and include (maximum 1 page per section):

– Presentation of the artistic project
– Photos, drawings, or sketches (optional)
– People involved in the project (collaborators, designers, performers, etc.)
– Work plan and stage of development in the creative process
– Additional information (video and audio links, associated partners, etc.)

Submission Guidelines :

– $25 submission fee
– You must be familiar with the Studio PAC space, equipment, and regulations
