Part-Time Space Rental
Our spaces for cultural and social organizations for rent are located in the heart of Old Montreal!
Espace Cercle Carré is a shared space project serving the cultural and social sectors. It offers a modular, furnished, and equipped space of about 1,400 square feet, filled with natural light, located on the ground floor of a housing cooperative with a cultural mission, near the Square-Victoria–OACI metro station in Old Montreal.
If you are looking for a part-time space and wish to become a member-tenant, this announcement is for you!
Eligibility criteria:
- Be an NPO, association, collective, or artists;
- Operate in social/community development, arts and culture, or sports and recreation;
- Be open to participating and sharing certain equipment;
- Collaborate with partner organizations on the collective project and shared use of the space.
The room is equipped with professional equipment, including:
- Entrance vestibule
- Windowed wall
- Stage curtains to darken the space
- Movable wall
- Shared kitchenette
- Technical grid
- Gallery lighting
- Stage lighting
- Video projector
- Sound system
- Multiple tables and office chairs
The building is universally accessible and includes a ground-floor bathroom.
Usage hours:
From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, according to schedules agreed upon with all member-tenants.
All time slots can be for exclusive use of the room and must be regular. Total hours of access and rental fees are negotiable and competitive. There will be no more than 3–4 member-tenants in total.
