Seeking for Projet and Administration Manager
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Researching funding opportunities and writing grant applications
- Managing members
- Coordinating the membership campaign
- Communicating with members via email
- Managing the website, in collaboration with the graphic designer
- Managing social media and the newsletter, in collaboration with the communications committee
- Coordinating annual workshops, in collaboration with the workshop committee
- Handling day-to-day operations and bookkeeping
- Coordinating various working committees
- Developing new projects in consultation with the Board of Directors
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Comfort with social media
- Strong command of spoken and written French
- Basic bookkeeping and budget management skills
- Reliability and quick thinking
- Initiative and autonomy
- Good knowledge of Quebec traditional dance and/or the cultural sector, an asset
- Ability to work in a team and strong committee management skills
- College diploma or undergraduate degree (or equivalent training) in a field relevant to the position
Working Conditions
- Remote work (can reside anywhere in Quebec)
- Salary based on timesheet
- Flexible schedule, to be determined
- Occasional evening or weekend work depending on organizational activities
- Start date: January 2026
Duration
- Part-time position, 20 hours per week
- One-year contract (with potential for permanent position)
Salary
- $25/hour
