How to submit a customized short digital training project?
- Define your training needs.
- Determine your objectives and service expectations.
- Indicate your desired start and end dates for your training (calendar).
- Fill out the form for the customized short digital trainings program.
The maximum duration of a short digital training course under this program is set at 3 hours. We therefore recommend that you focus on a very specific need, centered on the acquisition of specific digital knowledge and/or skills.
The Director of Digital Transformation and Strategic Partnerships will evaluate projects between December 1, 2025, and mid-January 2026.
He or she will verify that your project is indeed a training activity, that it is eligible, relevant, and focused, and that it has the potential to improve your digital skills.
Eight (8) projects will be selected based on these criteria and on a first-come, first-served basis, within the limits of available funds.
If your project is accepted, the RQD will send you an agreement to sign, as well as an invoice that you must pay within the requested time frame. If there is more than one participant in your training, the applicant must sign the agreement with the RQD on behalf of the group.
Meanwhile, the Director of Digital Transformation and Strategic Partnerships and Sporobole-0/1 Digital Hub will select the best trainer for your project and determine the training schedule based on the availability of the selected trainer and your own availability.
Important: your training can only begin once the RQD has received the signed agreement and your financial contribution.
Participant’s financial contribution
$45 (or 15% of the project cost, i.e., $15 per hour of training).
After your short customized digital training course, the RQD will provide you with an evaluation form that must be completed and returned within the specified time frame. Your responses provide relevant data that is essential to maintaining the quality of our training courses.
This program by the Regroupement québécois de la danse, offered in partnership with Sporobole-0/1 Hub numérique, is made possible thanks to financial support from the Government of Quebec through the Intervention-Compétences of Compétence Culture.
