Seeking for Funding and Administration Associate
The Associate for Funding and Administration contributes to developing both private and public funding and provides administrative support to the FTA. Under the joint supervision of the Administrative Officer and the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, they are responsible for the following tasks:
Private Funding and Philanthropy
- Follow-ups related to the annual donation campaign
- Phone outreach and follow-ups with individuals and organizations solicited as part of various fundraising activities
- Solicitation of private foundations, with support from the Development and Fundraising Committee
- Participation in the planning, ticket sales operations, and execution of the benefit evening
- Support in researching potential sponsors and partners
- Follow-up on visibility agreements with sponsors and partners
Public Funding and Administration
- Management of files for foreign companies and about a hundred international artists in their tax waiver applications
- Support in drafting, editing, and formatting applications and reports: grant applications, forms, official documents, guides, and procedures
- General support for the Administration Department: tasks related to accounting, box office, and funding
- Collection and processing of attendance statistics
- Monitoring funding programs and identifying development opportunities
