Nous Sommes L’Été
The NSL Labs 2025 stay true to their summer dance camp spirit, offering a variety of activities in Montreal — including exploration groups, workshops, and collective gathering moments called “hive activities.” As in the past year, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through different exploration groups each day during dedicated 3-hour blocks. Exploration descriptions won’t be shared in advance, so we invite you to dive in and take the risk of discovering new approaches together!
Join us as a collaborator-performer (diving into explorations with other artists), instigator (proposing and guiding an idea you’d like to test with other participants), or simply for à la carte activities. The deadline to sign up as an instigator is June 1. We’ll be in touch after June 2 with more information.
Please note that studio space is limited — if there is high interest in instigating, selection will be done by random draw. If you’re not selected, we still look forward to welcoming you as a studio collaborator!* Instigators are also welcome to take part in other exploration groups as collaborators.
