Diana Catalina Cárdenas holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá, as well as a bachelor’s degree in dance from Université du Québec à Montréal.
She has held positions at the Regroupement québécois de la danse and the Conseil des arts de Montréal, and has also collaborated with Ballet Divertimento Dance School. These experiences have allowed her to develop a strong and in-depth understanding of the dance sector in Québec.
She holds a DESS in Management from UQAM, and has been the Director of Production and Touring at RUBBERBAND since 2022. In this role, she has worked on large-scale productions and traveled extensively throughout United States, Europe, Latin America and Canada.
