Diana Catalina Cárdenas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Dance and a Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
She has held positions at the Regroupement québécois de la danse and the Conseil des arts de Montréal, and has also collaborated with the École de danse Ballet Divertimento. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong understanding of the artistic, structural, and institutional dynamics of the dance sector in Quebec.
Since 2022, she has been working as Production and Tour Manager for RUBBERBAND. In this role, she contributes to the development and presentation of large-scale productions, supporting their national and international touring across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Canada.
