Authorized by Li Shifu, Taoist lineage master at the Temple of the Five Immortals, Wudang (fiveimmortals.com), Aurélie wishes to share Gong practices that contribute to physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being.
Depending on the group and its needs, I will share practices of what we in the West call “Qi Gong,” namely:
– Yang Shang Gong: consisting of simple movements that replenish Qi in the body and detoxify old and stagnant Qi and blood. It has many virtues: it increases vitality, lubricates the joints, releases endocrine fluids, strengthens the fascia, tendons, and bones, and boosts overall immune and adrenal function.
– Ha Ha Gong: (Detoxification of the body by striking certain acupuncture points) + 5 healing sounds (linked to the 5 movements—which we call “5 elements” in the West)
– Seven forms, three vertebrae: For spinal health
– Da Gong: “hard Qi Gong,” for those at a more advanced level.
