MIKRO by Hélène Blackburn and Cai Glover

MIKRO, a work for five performers, is a playful and sensory journey—an invitation to see differently, listen differently, and feel fully.

Co-created by Hélène Blackburn and Cai Glover, this all-ages piece leads us to be, appear, and disappear while exploring the ephemerality of life’s moments. Set to a soundscape inspired by Béla Bartók’s Mikrokosmos, this poetic journey unfolds through a mesmerizing dialogue of movement, speech, and sign language. MIKRO gives form to the invisible and shapes the space with appearances and transformations, where every gesture reveals the mysterious meaning of becoming.
