This is a chance to discover or deepen your experience of this beautiful practice, developed by Fides Krucker, in a group context, combining hands-on partner work, playful group physical/vocal explorations, and both sounding and singing together. The pacing of these classes is slow in order to allow the body to unfold as we discover our yawns, our sighs of relief, and true pleasure in making sound. The group context allows for connection and celebration of each individual’s unique vocal instrument.
