𝐴 𝑙𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑦 𝑖𝑛 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙-𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑝𝑒𝑛 𝑡𝑜 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑓𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠.

An assortment of spontaneous movement structures will help us focus our attention, develop an awareness of inner/outer space, awaken our senses and harness our inventiveness. Drawing, photography, installation, creative writing, feedback, showings and discussions will complement our study.

Beginning with various somatic practices, some sensorial fine-tuning and textural explorations, each class serves to create containers for focused investigation, encouraging each person to engage in the dynamics of self-care and empathy for others.
