Few artists like Leonard Cohen, who passed away 10 years ago, have been able to probe the human soul with such rare lucidity. His unmistakable voice resonates powerfully in Dance Me, the vibrant tribute show by BJM. Sixteen songs—from iconic pieces such as Suzanne, So Long, Marianne, Famous Blue Raincoat, Hallelujah, and Dance Me to the End of Love, to more recent works—trace a path through his entire oeuvre, flowing seamlessly in a captivating dance concert.

The result of a collaboration between choreographers Andonis Foniadakis, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, and Ihsan Rustem, and director Éric Jean, based on an original concept by Louis Robitaille, Dance Me weaves their artistic worlds together with fluidity into a physical and generous choreography, brilliantly embodied by BJM’s 14 performers. For its final tour, Dance Me takes us far away—very far. So long, Dance Me!
