Jenna Beaudoin graduated in 2011 from Canterbury High School in Ottawa (ON, Canada) for the fine arts program in ballet and modern dance. After completing her first year at Concordia in the Contemporary Dance program, Jenna transitioned to École de danse contemporaine de Montréal from which she graduated in May 2016. Here, she worked with choreographers such as Virginie Brunelle, Catherine Gaudet, and Manon Oligny. Upon finishing her studies, she participated in workshops like Transformation (2017, 2018), and Benoit Lachambre’s That Choreographs Us (2017). Jenna has performed with Castel Blast (MAS, 2017), Mateo Chauchat (Espace Libre), and As They Strike Collective (Festival Quartiers Danses 2018). She received a full scholarship The Creative Gesture – Composition Lab for Music and Dance at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity (August 2018). Jenna’s choreographic work includes Vices (Art Lounge, Cafe Atomique 2017) and Inside the Modern Paradox – part 1 (Hors Lits 2018).
