La R’voyure is looking for board members!

The organization is looking to gradually renew its board of directors, which currently consists of 5 members.

In its current form, the commitment is estimated at around 20 hours for the year. This estimate depends on the level of involvement and the willingness of the board members, and will become more precise as the organization’s governance structure develops and strengthens.

La R’voyure is a non-profit organization based in Montreal that seeks to transmit and promote Quebec’s traditional arts (step dance, dance, calling, song) with a contemporary vision for both beginners and experienced audiences, locally and abroad. The organization is dedicated to step dance and traditional dance in a contemporary, participatory, and multidisciplinary approach. To foster the democratization and reappropriation of this living heritage by its audience, La R’voyure produces events that activate audience participation in unusual ways, using various theatrical methods.
