Intro to clinical somatics

This course is designed for those seeking a new path to fluency in their dance technique, for those who always injure themselves in the same way, and/or for those who wish to deepen their awareness and control of posture and movement.

Join me, Solana Del Bel Belluz, every Saturday to equip yourself with exercises that you can then take home to practice, integrate at your own pace, and incorporate into your dance training.

The classes are an hour and a half of guided self-care exercises, which allow you to strengthen your mind-body connection, relax your nervous system, and better understand your own tension patterns. The classes are primarily an individual experience, done on a mat, and instructed by me, in a format similar to a yoga or pilates class.
